About The Einstein Forearm Bench™

The Einstein Forearm Bench is for athletes, fitness and physical therapy.

This revolutionary, one-of-a-kind patented adjustable forearm bench allows you to isolate the muscles while preventing wrist injuries. It provides a natural movement and alignment of the wrists. There is no machine or apparatus out there that focuses on the forearms.

The forearms have long been neglected by the body building industry and this invention will make a huge impact, providing a safe way to push the muscles and to have them proportioned to the often much bulkier biceps.

Athletes such as tennis and baseball players, arm wrestlers and golfers will benefit greatly by the use of the Einstein Forearm Bench.

The Mr. Olympia exhibition was the very first exposure of the bench to the bodybuilding industry and we were given positive feedback, even calling the invention ‘genius’.
